Dr. Vicky Giouroukakis is Professor of Education at Molloy College where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in TESOL, literacy, and English Education and a former NYC high school ENL and English teacher. Dr. Maureen Connolly is a professor in the Secondary Education Program at The College of New Jersey. Before that, she taught English and literacy for 15 years. Tan Huynh is an English language teacher working at Vientiane International School.
